Project Service & Payment Agreement

This document outlines the services that LTL Square will provide for your business and the payment structure required to start the project.

This payment can only be processed after you have consulted with an LTL Square expert, who will be appointed as the director of your project.

Services Included in Your Project

LTL Square will complete the following professional services:

1. Web Design
Development of a professional website designed to present your business online in a modern, clean, and professional way.

2. Graphic Design
Design of professional logo, flyers and business cards to support your marketing and brand presence.

3. Google Business Visibility
Setup and optimization of your Google Business Profile so your business can appear on Google Search and Google Maps, helping customers easily find and contact you.

4. As-built Floor plan drawings
Precise and professionally developed as-built floor plan drawings that accurately reflect the current layout and dimensions of your business property. This service ensures you have clear, compliant, and ready-to-use documentation for permitting, city or state requirements and approvals, as well as renovations and operational planning.

Special Promotional Discount

A special high promotional discount has been applied to this project, reducing the total project cost for you.

Project Investment

Total Project Price (after discount): $4,000

To begin the project, the following payment structure will apply:

Project Start Payment: $2,000
This initial payment will be paid to LTL Square to begin work on your project.

Final Payment Upon Completion: $2,000
The remaining balance must be paid after the project is completed and ready for final delivery.

Next Step

To move forward and begin your project, please proceed with the initial balance of $2,000.

Once the payment is completed, LTL Square will move forward with the completion of the services outlined above.
